My goal is to work collaboratively with you to identify, understand, and tailor treatment to best address your concerns using a compassionate, holistic, strengths-based perspective. We will also explore and make sense of the underlying biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to your concerns. I am a board-certified psychiatrist affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. I provide telehealth consultation, culturally responsive psychiatry, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and psychiatric medication management. I have extensive clinical experience treating a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders. I have cared for many patients from a variety of marginalized and BIPOC backgrounds, including Asian Americans.
